Miriam’s Table – Susie Keefer

Prepare to be inspired and wowed by Susie Keefer, President, Co-Founder and Miriam’s Mom, and her journey to creating a whole new life for Miriam, and subsequently hundreds of children in the Congo.  A mission abroad turned into an adoption which then turned into the creation of Miriam’s Table, which provides nutritious meals that literally save hundreds of children from starvation.  Susie and her husband, Ed, spread their love from Delaware all the way to the Congo, in a very real and crucial way.
